font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p>雍翠峰小区为有效防范电动自行车在楼内和室内充电发生火险和火灾事故，确保苑区广大业主的生命和财产安全，同时解决住户的电动自行车能够安全、快捷的充电，雍翠峰小区在3号车库出入口侧面空地增设安装电动自行车集中充电点（已建成），单个雨棚面积为:7.5mx2m，悬空(高度)2.2m。首先施工4根主主钢柱，再焊接固定棚顶，然后再进行横梁和支撑的安装。顶棚材质为:树脂瓦主梁为:80*80方管。圈梁用料:2.5寸圆管。支撑用料:80*60方管。横梁用料:80*40锌方通。雨棚配置:3个摄像头，6个4KG悬挂式灭火器，建棚造价约每平方米300元，预估单个充电桩雨棚可同时停放及充电10台电动车。按建设方案分成方式：0.8元/度结算，电费所得收益依法归全体业主共有。业主充电按1元/2小时（时间功率），36元包月，合约期为8年，期限自2022年8月15日起至2030年8月14日止，相应责任保险（产品保险2000万，公共保险1000万)。因有业主反映雍翠峰小区使用公共区域安装电动自行车充电桩设施事项存在异议，我司开展关于在雍翠峰小区安装电动自行 车充电桩设施网上征询工作，详见图片，请查看附件。请各位业主进行投票工作，如业主手机不能正常通过投票，请联系物业公司进行线下纸质投票，物业电话：0750-6125500</p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
