font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong>三、投票详细描述</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p style="line-height: 25px; background-clip: initial;">一、中天一二期消防设备竣工验收于2004年至2007年。根据《房屋建筑工程质量保修办法》保修期是2年。物业公司已经多次投入费用进行维保，但目前使用年限已超15年，消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统已瘫痪，对小区造成重大安全隐患，必须进行大修。</span></p><p style="line-height: 25px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">二、物业公司2019年进行公开消防维修改造招投标，选定深华建设（深圳）股份公司作为施工中标方，委托第三方广东瑞隆消防工程公司进行审价，确定消防维修改造价格63.6万元，并于2020年1月向小区业主公示并上门征求业主意见，同意维修业主达到67.52%，符合使用维修资金的条件，并将业主意见签名结果在小区公示。2020年8月，有业主到政府部门投诉，要求物业承担全部维修改造费用。经江门住建部门组织部分业主与相关方座谈，邀请第三方对消防设备检查评估，认定消防设施损坏是以老化为主，物业需出资修缮消防主机，业主分摊剩余维修费用56.69万元。现需申请使用维修资金对消防设备维修，项目最终费用以施工合同签订金额为准。维修费用的分摊标准为按户分摊，440.54元/户，没有交存维修资金的需要交现金，详见公示。</span></p><p style="line-height: 25px; background-clip: initial;">三、本次投票以微信电子投票为主，书面表决投票、短信投票作补充投票的方式，同一户出现微信电子投票和书面表决投票、短信投票同时存在情况的，以该住户的微信电子投票为准计入表决统计数。如业主手机不能正常通过微信投票，请联系物业公司进行线下纸质或者短信投票，电话3932118。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;
