font-family: 宋体; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p>广东省特种设备检测研究院江门检测院对小区3幢电梯进行年度审查期间发现电梯反绳轮存在老化异响，需更换两台电梯的轿厢反绳轮和对重反绳轮。<br/>两台电梯的曳引轮有磨损老化，钢丝绳也均有磨损老化和出油泥，如遇天气变冷时，油泥会出现凝固堆积的情况，油泥经堆积和挤压容易造成电梯钢丝绳脱槽、断股和绷断的风险，影响电梯安全运行，建议更换两台电梯的曳引轮和钢丝绳。<br/>同时，两台电梯的补偿链橡胶皮损坏,补偿链橡胶皮破损后链条表面将会出现裂痕和磨损，链条无法再正常发挥支撑和平衡作用。这不仅会影响电梯的运行安全性和稳定性，还可能加剧电梯在上下行过程中的震动和噪声，增加电梯故障和事故的风险。若严重损坏，电梯补偿链可能会断裂，产生更严重的后果，建议更换两台电梯的补偿链。<br/>关于曳引钢丝绳磨损老化。曳引钢丝绳和限速器的钢丝绳表面有明显外部磨损和老化现象，客梯的曳引钢丝绳原直径为8mm，现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.36mm;客梯的限速器钢丝绳原直径为8mm，现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.33mm。货梯的曳引钢丝绳原直径为8mm,现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.46mm;货梯的限速器钢丝绳原直径为8mm，现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.27mm。限速器的钢丝绳绕着限速器并与安全钳连杆拉臂相连，组成限速器-安全钳保护装置，起到限速保护作用，限速器是安全钳保护装置时电梯最后的安全保护防线。<br/>钢丝绳的磨损老化现象严重，影响电梯的使用寿命，同时影响电梯的安全使用;两台电梯的钢丝绳已达到报废标准。</p><p>现对3幢客梯和货梯进行配件更换，工程维修预算金额123400元，项目最终费用以施工合同签订金额为准。因已过保修期，维修费用由相关业主按建筑面积分摊，详见公示附件。如业主手机不能正常通过微信投票，请联系物业公司进行线下纸质投票，物业电话：0750-5602832。</p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
