text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 21px;">为保证业主大会共有和共同管理权利的重大事项行使表决权，维护业主、物业服务企业合法权益，规范电子投票活动，君珀轩小区下一步将按江门市住房和城乡建设局、蓬江区住房和城乡建设局、蓬江区环市街道办事处工作指引，以市住房和城乡建设局提供的物业事项投票管理系统为平台，君珀轩业主大会将采用<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">微信电子投票为主，书面表决投票作补充投票的方式</span></strong>，依法对业主大会决定的事项进行投票表决的活动。</span></p><p style="line-height: 27px; font-size: 21px;">上述三份文件已在小区主要通道公示不少于 <span style="text-decoration: underline;"> 7 </span>天；</span></p><p style="line-height: 27px; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 21px;">表决《君珀轩业主大会议事规则》、《君珀轩管理规约》、《君珀轩首次业主大会表决规则》的公告将在<span style="text-decoration: underline;">君珀轩</span>小区主要通道公示<span style="text-decoration: underline;">15</span>天，待业主审议投票表决完成公示。</span></p><p style="line-height: 27px; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 21px;">二、业主大会决议生效应符合以下规定：</span></p><p style="line-height: 27px; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 21px;">应当经专有部分占建筑物总面积过半数的业主且占总人数过半数的业主同意；</span></p><p style="line-height: 27px; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 21px;">业主的投票权数规定为以1平方米为一个投票权（即每1平方米为个票权，以房产证为准）</span></p><p style="line-height: 27px; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 21px;">凡持纸质票选的业主，“同意” 的业主请在“赞成栏”填写“√”符号；凡持 “不同意” 的业主请在“反对栏”填写 “√”符号；凡持“弃权” 的业主请在“弃权栏”填写“√”符号</span></p><p style="line-height: 27px;
