font-family: 宋体; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p style="text-indent: 37px; line-height: 32px; text-align: left;">我司接到本栋业主多次反映负一至负三层电梯厅大堂门（共3扇）沉重、对开门扇比较窄，多年使用变形严重进出不方便，经工程多次维修后仍不能保持关闭。本栋几位热心业主向我司提议：1、建议将3扇钢质消防大堂门更换为线条框甲级大小子母不锈钢防火门；2、建议将首层大堂架空层2扇单双层消防木质门更换为钢质乙级木纹消防门；3、本次需更换的消防门共5扇，改造费用从本栋住宅专项维修资金。</p><p>结合本栋业主意见，我司联系专业维修单位报价及审价，本次更换5扇消防门金额合计14882.00元（含税）。根据《广东省物业管理条例》和业主签订《前期物业服务协议》，小区公共维修、设备保修期满后中大修、更新、改造由业主公摊或使用住房公共维修资金支付。因此以上费用拟申请使用本栋<span style="text-indent: 37px;
