font-family: 宋体; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p>由广东省特种设备检测研究院江门检测院对小区1幢电梯进行年度审查期间发现:1幢客梯和1幢货梯两台电梯的电梯钢丝绳磨损严重，空载曳引试验不符合要求，需更换两台电梯的曳引钢丝绳和限速器钢丝绳。<br/>两台电梯的钢丝绳均有磨损老化和出油泥，如遇天气变冷时，油泥会出现凝固堆积的情况，油泥经堆积和挤压容易造成电梯钢丝绳脱槽、断股和绷断的风险，影响电梯安全运行。</p><p>两台电梯的对重反绳轮、轿厢反绳轮、补偿链导向装置和滑动导靴也出现磨损老化，1幢客梯的曳引轮也有老化磨损现象，建议一并更换。</p><p>电梯滑动导靴减震出现疲软老化、导轨平滑面被磨损。高速电梯对导轨面的平滑度要求比较高，由于受电梯导靴减震疲软老化和受磨损的导轨平滑面的影响，电梯在高速运行时发生晃动。<br/>关于曳引钢丝绳磨损老化。曳引钢丝绳和限速器的钢丝绳表面有明显外部磨损和老化现象，客梯的钢丝绳原直径为8mm，现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.36mm;客梯的限速器钢丝绳原直径为8mm，现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.34mm。货梯的钢丝绳原直径为8mm,现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.45mm;货梯的限速器钢丝绳原直径为8mm，现测量的钢丝绳直径已磨损至7.43mm。限速器的钢丝绳绕着限速器并与安全钳连杆拉臂相连，组成限速器-安全钳保护装置，起到限速保护作用，限速器是安全钳保护装置时电梯最后的安全保护防线。<br/>钢丝绳的磨损老化现象严重，影响电梯的使用寿命，同时影响电梯的安全使用;两台电梯的钢丝绳已达到报废标准。</p><p>现对1幢客梯和货梯进行配件更新，工程维修预算金额为120064元，项目最终费用以施工合同签订金额为准。因已过保修期，维修费用由相关业主按建筑面积分摊，详见公示附件。如业主手机不能正常通过微信投票，请联系物业公司进行线下纸质投票，物业电话：0750-5602832。</p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
