&nbsp; 根据广东电网有限责任公司江门供电局要求，我们小区的供配电设施设备可以移交给广东电网有限责任公司江门供电局。因小区的供配电设施设备属于业主共有，业主个人无法向供电部门移交，为保障全体业主的利益，根据《民法典》第二百七十一条“……对专有部分以外的共有部分享有共有和共同管理的权利”和第二百七十八条“业主大会决定以下事项：……（九）有关共有和共同管理权利的其他重大事项。业主共同决定事项，应当由专有部分面积占比三分之二以上的业主且人数占比三分之二以上的业主参与表决……决定前款其他事项，应当经参与表决专有部分面积过半数的业主且参与表决人数过半数的业主同意。”的规定。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;现小区供配电设施设备移交供电局投票表决将于2024年8月16日至2024年8月23日进行，届时请全体业主主动参与投票，积极行使自己的权利，顺利移交。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">温馨提示:</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">1、如本次参与投票的人数和面积数达到三分之二且其中二分之一同意，我们小区的供配电设施所有权将无偿转移给供电部门，供配电设施占用的土地、空间和线路经行的通道（如高压线路走廊、电缆通道、竖井等）的使用权，一并移交给供电部门无偿使用。移交后，供配电设施的管理、维护、增容、损坏由供电部门负责，产生的费用由供电部门承担，无需业主承担。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">2、如本次参与投票的人数和面积数无法达到三分之二且其中二分之一同意，供配电设施的管理、维护、增容、损坏更换的费用将由全体业主承担。</span></p><p><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
