<br/>我局在今年4月14日向你公司发出《关于督促对物业管理承接查验进行备案的通知》，<br/>要求你公司在30日内到江海区住建局进行物业承接查验备案，但是至今，你单位仍然<br/>没有提交相关资料进行备案。
<br/>鉴于以上事实情况，按照《关于印发＜江门市住房和城乡建设局 江门市发展和改革局<br/>关于物业服务企业及项目负责人信用信息管理办法＞的通知》（江建［2019］306号）<br/>规定中“江门市物业行业信用评价标准”，未按要求开展物业承接查验备案，决定对<br/>你公司进行批评，并对公司进行信用扣7分。</font></td>
