font-size: 21px;"><span style="text-decoration-line: underline;">微信电子投票为主，书面表决投票作补充投票的方式</span></strong><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 21px;">，依法对业主大会决定的事项进行投票表决的活动。</span><br/></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">一、本次电子投票事项，采用但不限于电子投票形式进行表决：</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">1.表决《翠林苑业主大会议事规则》；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">2.表决《翠林苑小区管理规约》；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">上述两份文件已在小区显著位置公示不少于 <span style="text-decoration:underline;">7 </span>天；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">表决《翠林苑业主大会议事规则》、《翠林苑小区管理规约》的公告已在<span style="text-decoration:underline;">翠林苑</span>小区显著公示不少于<span style="text-decoration:underline;">15</span>天，待业主在业主大会审议投票表决后公示结果。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">二、业主大会决议生效应符合以下规定：</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">应当有专有部分占建筑物总面积过三分之二数的业主且占总人数过三分之二数的业主参与投票；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">应当经参与表决专有部分面积过半数的业主且参与表决人数过半数的业主同意；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">业主的投票权数规定为以1平方米为一个投票权（即每1平方米为个票权，以房产证为准）；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">本次业主大会以微信电子投票为主，书面表决投票作补充投票的方式，同一住户出现微信电子投票和书面表决投票同时存在的情况的，以该住户的微信电子投票为准计入表决统计数。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">三、业主大会时间为<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">电子投票时间：2022年4月30日9时至2022年5月15日24时00分；书面投票时间：自2022年4月30日9时至2022年5月16日9时00分</span></strong>）。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">四、<strong>2022年5月16日 9 时10分</strong>由<span style="text-decoration:underline;">环市</span>街道办事处或<span style="text-decoration:underline;">龙溪</span>社区居民委员会和业主代表签名封箱，封箱后，由<span style="text-decoration:underline;">环市</span>街道办事处或<span style="text-decoration:underline;">龙溪</span>社区居民委员会和业主代表签名开箱点票确认结果，并汇总电子投票数据后宣布结果，并将结果在小区主要通道和小区公示栏公告。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">五、业主大会召开期间，筹备组成员负责上门宣传发动业主参与投票。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">六、为保障防疫工作延续，召开业主大会期间要尽可能保持社交距离，做好消毒防疫措施。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">七、如有舞弊、程序不当行为，本次业主大会宣告无效。本次业主大会选举全程接受业主监督，请各业主发现有舞弊、程序不当等情况，在搜证后可向江门市蓬江区住房和城乡建设局或环市街道办事处进行实名书面举报，受理部门将对举报人信息保密。</span></p><p><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
