font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p><span style="text-wrap: wrap;">为保证业主大会共有和共同管理权利的重大事项行使表决权，维护业主、物业服务企业合法权益，规范电子投票活动，海伦堡小区下一步将按江门市住房和城乡建设局、蓬江区住房和城乡建设局、蓬江区白沙街道办事处工作指引，以市住房和城乡建设局提供的物业事项投票管理系统为平台，海伦堡业主大会将采用微信电子投票为主，书面表决投票作补充投票的方式，依法对业主大会决定的事项进行投票表决的活动。</span></p><p>因海伦堡业主大会在拟定投票时间内没有达到法定的票数，现经筹备组研究决定申请延长系统投票截止时间。即从 2024 年10 月 9 日起延至 1 1 月 7 日此。会议仍采取电子投票和纸质投票相结合的形式有关要求和投票内容不变。</p><p><span style="text-wrap: wrap;"></span><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
