&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;在雍逸庭住宅小区业主大会筹备组各成员的共同努力下，在全体业主的积极支持和配合下，各项筹备工作基本就绪，首次业主大会即将召开。现将本次大会的有关事项通知如下：</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;一、大会时间：</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; （一）电子投票时间:2025年7月15日（视江门市物业管理公众服务平台开放时间）至2025年7月30日24时(24小时均可投票)。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; （二）在三兴社区居委会内设固定投票箱1个，投票时间:2025年7月15日至2025年7月30日每日上午8时30分时至12时，下午14时30分至17时30分（节假日除外）。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 二、大会地点：三兴社区居民委员会（新会区珑城半山小区5号车库出入口旁，具体地点详见附图）</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 三、大会形式：</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; （一）电子投票：通过江门市物业管理公众服务平台，由业主确认身份后采用微信等方式电子投票。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp; &nbsp; （二）设投票箱：在三兴社区居委会内设投票箱，由业主自行将个人意见投入投票箱内，待投票时间截止后，经工作人员统一统计汇总，公布表决结果。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="text-wrap-mode: nowrap;">&nbsp;
