line-height: 37px; text-indent: 38px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">经业委会会议讨论决定，报江海区住建局、外海街道办、彩虹社区同意，决定举行第四次业主大会，1.因《民法典》施行以及江门物业管理投票平台正式上线，以及业委会工作进入到新的阶段，原来的《小区议事规则》部分内容与新法规定不符且不符合小区新的发展需要，业委会经咨询和讨论，决定对《小区议事规则》进行修改并就拟修改事项提交第四次业主大会表决,2.就小区非汽车类电动车充电停放管理方案提交第四次业主大会表决，3.就小区儿童娱乐设施安装方案提交第四次业主大会表决，4.就小区业委会常年经费预算申请提交第四次业主大会表决，5.就业委会申请以涉发方式维护小区公共利益方案提交第四次业主大会表决，业主大会筹备工作基本就绪，现将本次会议的有关事项通知如下：</span></span></p><p style="text-align: left;
