font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong>三、投票详细描述</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">一、本次电子投票事项，采用但不限于电子投票形式进行表决：</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">1.</span><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">表决《江门市蓬江区海逸城邦小区业主大会议事规则》；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">2.</span><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">表决《江门市蓬江区海逸城邦小区管理规约》；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">3.</span><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">表决《江门蓬江区海逸城邦小区首次选举产生业主委员会投票规则》。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">上述三份文件已在小区主要通道公示不少于 <span style="text-decoration:underline;">7 </span>天；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">表决《江门市蓬江区海逸城邦小区业主大会议事规则》、《江门市蓬江区海逸城邦小区管理规约》、《江门蓬江区海逸城邦小区首次选举产生业主委员会投票规则》的公告已在<span style="text-decoration:underline;">海逸城邦花园</span>小区主要通道公示不少于<span style="text-decoration:underline;">15</span>天，待业主在业主大会审议投票表决后公示结果。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">二、业主大会决议生效应符合以下规定：</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">应当有专有部分占建筑物总面积过三分之二数的业主且占总人数过三分之二数的业主参与投票；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">应当经参与表决专有部分面积过半数的业主且参与表决人数过半数的业主同意；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">业主的投票权数规定为以1平方米为一个投票权（即每1平方米为个票权，以房产证为准）；</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:27px"><span style="font-size:21px;font-family:仿宋">本次业主大会以微信电子投票为主，书面表决投票作补充投票的方式，同一住户出现微信电子投票和书面表决投票同时存在的情况的，以该住户的微信电子投票为准计入表决统计数。</span></p><p><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
