font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p>关于召开银泉花园E区第三次业主大会的通知</p><p><br/></p><p>银泉花园E区全体业主：</p><p>为改善小区中心公园花木生存环境，对小区公共收益进行合理分配，打造小区美好宜居环境，</p><p>以及补充业委会候补委员及提高小区相关费用的收费率等，根据《中华人民共和国民法典》</p><p>《银泉花园 E区议事规则》等有关规定，经过前期几次征求业主意见以及咨询律师的大量工作后，</p><p>现小区业委会决定召开第三次业主大会，现将本次业主大会有关事项公布如下:</p><p>一、投票表决议题：</p><p>1.银泉花园E区修剪大树方案进行表决;</p><p>2.选举业主委员会候补人员;</p><p>3.对《银泉花园E区业主大会议事规则》修订版进行表决;</p><p>4.对《银泉花园E区住宅公共区域经营管理与收益分配方案》进行表决;</p><p>5.对拒不缴物业费与车位费者，授权业主委员会依法行动的《仲裁、起诉委托书》进行表决;</p><p>二具体议程如下：</p><p>（一）、会议时间：2026年02月04日至2026年03月05日</p><p>（二）、会议地点：银泉花园E区</p><p>（三）、会议形式：以“江门市物业事项表决管理系统”线上手机投票形式为主，辅助使用书面纸质投票，</p><p>两种形式相结合的方式。不能线上手机投票表决的业主可以线下使用书面纸质投票。</p><p>不能参与线上线下投票的业主，请提前填写好《业主委托书》，受委托人参加线下投票时需出示委托书。</p><p>请全体业主届时积极参加投票，行使自己投票、监督的权利。</p><p>特此通知。</p><p><br/></p><p>银泉花园E区第一届业主委员会</p><p>2026年01月20日</p><p><br style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"/></p><p><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
